Bottling of the Sloe Gin

After being left for 3 or so months, its time to bottle the gin, It could be left for longer but as a minimum I have left it for 3 months, the colour has completely changed and some of the berries are now floating, and all of the sugar has dissolved.

A very straight forward process, previously I have used muslin to filter out berry debris or sediment but the bottles were very clear, a steady hand whilst pouring will also help! Make sure the bottles you have are sterilised and the caps, the gin is ready to drink!
